Thanks to everyone who stopped by the alpaca booth at the Caroline County Fair and spoke with us and met Kingston and Patriot. It is always nice to tell folks about alpacas and the alpaca lifestyle. Congratulations to Robin Stout, who won the alpaca teddy bear in the free drawing. Congratulations also to Elizabeth Wheeler, who won the Antique Trunk raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Caroline County Humane Society. We'll be taking a break from our usual fall appearances as we have another baby on the way. Farm visits are still available and we're still looking for alpaca 4-H members. Let us know if you're interested and we'll set it up. Thanks again and we hope to hear from you soon.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Alpacas!
Our journey started off at a county fair and a local alpaca breeder. We now own thirteen alpacas and have been greatly enjoying the lifestyle. We intend to continue to improve our herd genetics to offer the best possible conformation and fiber in our alpacas. To do this, we will breed up, using award-winning herdsires and selecting pairs for the finest and most dense fiber. We also want to keep the color variety of our herd that we currently enjoy. Your success in alpaca ownership is our goal and we will provide the support and help necessary to get your alpaca operation started and growing. If you have never been up close and received an "alpaca kiss", or if you own a herd of alpacas yourself, call to schedule a visit. We are located just south of Fredericksburg, Virginia on Route 2.
